Fiscal Support Liaison/PR Team LeadOlivia joined SWOCA in 2021 as a member of the Fiscal Support Team. She came to us from Lebanon City Schools where she most recently served as the Payroll Specialist. She is looking forward to assisting you with your accounting and payroll software needs.
Beginning in January 2023 Olivia began her new role as the new Public Relations Team Lead. She is very excited for the new opportunity to help better serve our districts and municipalities.

As an Ohio licensed School Treasurer, she has helped several partner districts as they have encountered payroll turnover or other process evaluation requirements. She previously worked in the business sector, having a Business/Human Resources Degree from The Ohio State University. Student Support LiaisonSue has been with SWOCA since January of 2003 and is a part of our Student Services Support Team. She specializes in face-to-face training as well as virtual training and helpdesk support. Sue supports our district users in all ProgressBook modules such as StudentInformation and Gradebook. Sue’s main goal is to make sure SWOCA customers have the tools and knowledge they need to do their job effectively.

CrossCheck
CrossCheck – a data verification tool designed to allow schools to dig deeper into their EMIS data. The concentration is on EMIS data verification with an impact on funding, accountability, special education profiles, and overall data accuracy and completeness. CrossCheck allows for the engagement of district staff beyond the EMIS Coordinator to EMIS data

Microsoft Reporting Services
SQL Server 2008 Microsoft Reporting Services is an ad-hoc report building tool that provides users the ability to generate reports from the Daslr database. The Daslr database is a read-only database that accesses the live DASL database via views for data retrieval. Microsoft reporting services provides end users the ability to extract data that may not be available in the form of a report in the DASL application. Once a report is saved it can be ran multiple times and each time the report will contain real-time data. Reporting services may only be used by districts that are live on DASL.

INFOhio Support LiaisonAs an INFOhio Provider for SWOCA, I assist K-12 public, private, and parochial school educators in the implementation of the SirsiDynix Symphony and Enterprise Library Services Platforms in addition to INFOhio's PreK-12 Digital Library resources. I enjoy combining my love of all things library/technology and the opportunity for coaching and collaborating with librarians and teachers. In my 28-year career as an educator, I have served as an elementary classroom teacher, an elementary, middle, and high school librarian, a district technology coordinator, an INFOhio Library Support Specialist at the Hamilton Clermont Cooperative ITC, and an INFOhio State Support Specialist at The Management Council of the OECN.
